CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Applications for 2023 will open 01 October 2022 and close on January 2023
All Entrants for the Upper Spencer Gulf Scholarship will be assessed for their suitability for formal flying training up to include either Engineering, Fixed Wing (RAA, GA Private/Commercial) or Helicopter, therefore giving a diverse range of opportunity for one lucky recipient.
The winner will be notified no later than 20 February 2023.
The Scholarship is not transferable and must be expended by 20 March 2024.
To Qualify for the Scholarship entrants must:
Be an Australian Citizen,
Be at least 15 years of age on 20 January 2023
Be able to meet Recreational or Private Pilot Licence Medical Standards.
OZ Minerals employees are not eligible for the Scholarship.
HOW TO ENTER
All entrants must submit a short video clip depicting who they are and why they are applying for the Scholarship.
TERMINATION OF SCHOLARSHIP.
The Scholarship will be terminated where:
The maximum duration of the Scholarship has been reached.
The candidate has committed serious misconduct, including the provision of false and misleading information.
A failure to comply with the safety standards for industry as outlined with workplace inductions and procedures.
